  1. Fantastic video! So encouraging and how great you started the diary a long time before you started Mounjaro. That is amazing. God bless you, Amy for sharing with us.

    1. Thanks Cindy! The difference between how we felt before we started the shots and the feeling of peace and control after, just never stop being striking. I am always touched by the girl that kept failing but never gave up on herself to someday lose the weight! So grateful that we are all here doing it together 🙂

  2. I really needed this reminder to embrace my new body because I continue to have many, MANY moments of disbelief. Just the other day I went to put on a pair of size 10 denim shorts(3 sizes smaller than my usual) that I had washed and thrown in the dryer (something I never did with my big jeans) and I held my breath because I was afraid they wouldn’t fit. Of course they slid right on and were actually kind of baggy. I know I’m going to need much more time to adjust to this new me and I appreciate having people like you, Amy, to lend support along the way.

    1. Right now, my friend! Right now I’m just sitting here getting the biggest smile as I read your comment! Love love love that feeling for you and so happy because you worked so hard to earn it! Exciting times! Congrats 👏👏

  3. Thanking you for sharing from the ❤️ heart! I have had all those same thoughts! I took 5 garbage bags to goodwill just last week. They had sat on my bedroom floor for all most 6 months. Was a scary thing to let those big clothes go! We just have to keep taking those baby steps forward. Grateful to be apart of this community.

    1. I love everything you said and I know it’s a great reminder to many of us here! Thank you for inspiring us with your courage and strength to close a previous chapter and feel confident to move forward! Go Sheree! 🙌
