I DID THESE 3 THINGS EVERYDAY TO LOSE 70 LBS!

Day 799 on Zepbound | How I lost 70 lbs so easily–my personal tips!

Daily Habits on Zepbound: Three Routines That Helped Me

My daily habits on Zepbound became an important part of my personal weight-loss journey. In this Day 799 video, I look back at three routines I followed: finding a meal rhythm, choosing meals I enjoyed, and planning my eating around the day ahead.

I started my tirzepatide journey on Mounjaro before later moving to Zepbound. Looking back, I felt amazed by the changes I had experienced after spending decades trying to reach my goal.

These are my reflections on what helped me. They are not a guarantee of weight loss, a prescribed eating plan, or a reason to compare your progress with mine.

1. Finding a Comfortable Meal Rhythm

The first habit was creating a familiar rhythm around meals.

I liked having a general idea of when I would eat and what those meals might look like. That predictability reduced the number of decisions I needed to make throughout the day.

Instead of starting every morning without a plan, I had routines I could return to. Familiar meals and a recognizable schedule made eating feel more manageable for me.

That didn’t need to become a strict rule. A useful routine should leave room for changing schedules, hunger, and individual needs. My experience with similar meal sizes does not mean everyone should eat identical portions or ignore their appetite.

For me, the benefit was having a dependable starting point.

2. Keeping Favorite Nourishing Meals in Reach

The second of my daily habits on Zepbound was building a list of meals I genuinely enjoyed.

I wanted food that tasted good and fit into my everyday life. Having familiar options made it easier to decide what to prepare rather than figuring everything out when I was already hungry.

I also appreciated making mealtime its own part of the day. I could prepare something, sit down, enjoy eating, and then clean up and move on.

That felt different from my earlier habit of snacking on the couch without much attention to when I started or finished.

The goal was to make meals satisfying and practical. Convenience foods can have a place, too; preparing everything from scratch is not a requirement for taking care of yourself.

3. Planning Meals and Snacks Ahead

My third habit was deciding how meals would fit into my schedule.

For me, breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided a framework I liked. Knowing what I planned to eat helped me approach errands and busy days with fewer last-minute decisions.

Someone else may need snacks, smaller meals, or a different schedule. My three-meal routine was a personal preference, not a recommendation to avoid food between meals.

Planning ahead can be as simple as thinking about what food will be available, whether you need to pack something, and what will work with your commitments that day.

It helped me feel prepared without making food planning the focus of my entire day.

How My Daily Habits on Zepbound Worked Together

These three routines overlapped, but each served a purpose.

A meal rhythm gave my day some structure. Favorite meals made that structure enjoyable. Planning helped me follow through when life got busy.

In the video, I describe how treatment and those routines felt together during my own journey. I cannot separate their individual effects or conclude that following the same habits would produce the same results for someone else.

My timeline is part of my story, not a deadline for yours. Questions about appetite changes, nutrition, side effects, or medication belong with your healthcare team. For medication information, visit Lilly’s official Zepbound website.

Making Room for Maintenance and Community

Reaching a goal introduces another stage of the journey: figuring out what feels sustainable over time.

At the end of this video, I celebrate community members reaching their own milestones. Those conversations meant a lot to me because they brought encouragement and different perspectives.

Some people were beginning maintenance. Others were still working toward personal goals. We didn’t need matching timelines to support one another.
